The photography courses I took prior to college prepared me the most in becoming a communication designer. Working with cameras has trained me to think critically about composition, balance, contrast, and more.

Before I studied design in college, I spent several years learning the ins and outs of photography. In middle school, I took a set of Black & White and Color film courses at the International Center of Photography as a Teen Academy student. I continued by studying Digital Photography as a Pre-College student both at the School of Visual Arts and Carnegie Mellon University.

During my undergraduate studies, I enrolled in Photo Design, Digital Imaging, Color & Communication, Photographic Narrative, and Portrait Photography. This portfolio section features only a slice of my photo work, which goes back quite some time, alongside more recent animation and film projects.
